After two years of online and hybrid editions, Gajah Gallery is back at Art Fair Philippines at its now signature venue: the Link, Makati City!
Showcasing works by 11 artists from Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, and the United States, our featured roster employs unconventional approaches in various practices and traditions—from abstract expressionism, hyperrealist painting to contemporary sculpture—offering rich, deeply nuanced perspectives on diverse contemporary realities in Southeast Asia: I Gusti Ayu Kadek Murniasih, Suzann Victor, Jane Lee, Rudi Mantofani, Erizal As, Adam de Boer, Uji ‘Hahan’ Handoko Eko Saputro, Rosit Mulyadi, Fadilah Karim, and Dini Nur Aghnia.
Alongside this, the Fair will hold a special presentation of artworks on the Roof Deck by influential Indonesian artist, Yunizar! The Gallery recently launched a monograph that reflects on Yunizar’s critical and institutional recognition across his two-decade oeuvre, with contributions by several renowned scholars and art historians. The publication will be available for purchase onsite.
