    Gajah Gallery is proud to announce its third year exhibiting at Art Fair Philippines (AFP), featuring the latest works from prominent contemporary artists: Ashley Bickerton, Erizal As, Mangu Putra, Rudi Mantofani, Sabri Idrus, Suzann Victor and Yunizar.

    Following a fantastic reception at AFP last year, Gajah Gallery returns to Manila with an outstanding selection of paintings and sculptures created for this highly-anticipated event.

    Ashley Bickerton will unveil his biggest artwork yet from his highly acclaimed Junk Anthropologies series. The Bar is a massive 276 (L) x 238 (H) cm piece adorned by a beautiful artist designed frame with Inlaid Mother of Pearls, bamboo and found objects. Bickerton’s showing at AFP is in tandem with his group show in Washington DC at the Hirshhorn Museum and Sculpture Garden. The exhibition runs from 14 Feb – 13 May 2018 and includes today’s most influential figures such as Jeff Koons, Barbara Kruger, Richard Price, to name a few.

    Gajah Gallery is also proud to announce an exciting line-up of Indonesian contemporary artists including Yunizar, Rudi Mantofani, Mangu Putra and Erizal As. Fresh from his participation in the 2017 Beijing International Art Biennale, Erizal As will showcase a fresh section of works from his highly sought after portraiture series. Senior Indonesian artist Yunizar will also showcase new works at the fair.

    Representing Singapore is acclaimed artist Suzann Victor who will present a work from her upcoming solo exhibition in Singapore. Philippine audience will be treated to a preview of her crushed glass series that was developed through Gajah Gallery’s residency program in Yogyakarta, Indonesia.
