Gallery Intern

Job Summary:
The Gallery Intern will support the team in organising exhibitions in the gallery spaces. This role involves assisting with the production and delivery of exhibitions and working closely with internal teams, external curators, artists, and installers. The intern will assist with exhibition management, including installation, loan agreements, and technical aspects.
Working Hours:
Singapore, Philippines
5-day work week, including 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day.
(Weekdays: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Weekends: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM)
Indonesia
6-day work week, including 6 weekdays and 1 weekend day.
(Weekdays: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Weekends: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with exhibition planning, installation, and deinstallation.
- Support inventory management by cataloguing artworks and updating records.
- Coordinate logistics, including condition reporting, packing, and transportation of artworks.
- Prepare exhibition materials such as wall texts, labels, and checklists.
- Assist with research, documentation, and archiving of past and upcoming exhibitions.
- Provide support during exhibition openings and events.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Art History, Museum Studies, Arts Management, or a related field.
- Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic art handling is a plus.
- Interest in contemporary art and exhibition practices.

Design Intern

The Design Intern will support the gallery’s visual communication and branding efforts. This role involves working closely with the team to develop marketing materials, exhibition graphics, social media assets, and other visual content that aligns with the gallery’s identity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing promotional materials, including posters, invitations, and brochures.
- Create digital assets for the gallery’s website, social media, and email campaigns.
- Support exhibition design by preparing layouts, signage, and display visuals.
- Edit and format images for press releases and publications.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain the gallery’s visual identity.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong aesthetic sense and keen attention to detail.
- Interest in contemporary art and exhibition design is a plus.
