‘A Distant Charm’ at Gajah Gallery presents the essence of Balinese culture through the paintings of Wayan Paramartha. His canvases speak of village life and the bonds between mothers, relatives and lovers captured in his rich palette of deep reds, yellow and oranges. The night was attended by many of his collectors and the artist himself.
