Themes of transparency, reflection, distortion and warp continue on in Jane Lee’s Beyond Infinity, an assemblage of mirrors which forces viewers to train their eyes on a disorienting subject: themselves.

As one gazes upon their fragmented reflection in Beyond Infinity—misshapen into endless, multi-sized circles—one will notice how the artwork is similarly reflecting itself: circular pieces of mirror jut out from several of the mirrors, thus testing the boundaries of dimensions and reflections. The piece then becomes an allegory for how when one opens the door into looking inward, the possibilities abound ‘beyond infinity’.
