    Syaura Qotrunadha is a visual artist from Mataram, West Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia, known for her experimental approach across a range of mediums including photography, interactive art, paper recycling, video art, digital archives, installations, and printed publications. Her practice often blends art, technology, and historical inquiry.

    Her work explores themes surrounding the intersection of humanity and technology, with a particular interest in how future technological developments in Asia relate to human needs, cultural beliefs, and social dynamics. Music, history, education, and social issues are recurring subjects within her projects.

    Syaura’s works have been exhibited in various national and international platforms, including Berdiam/Bertandang: Art for Refuge at the National Gallery of Indonesia (2018); Cur(e)ating the Earth, Shifting the Center for the Karya Normal Baru Online Exhibition (2020); 10×10: Me Culture/We Society by the Korea Research Fellow (2021); METAMORPHOSIS METAVERSE at the Elektra Virtual Museum, Montreal (2022); and Indonesian Young Artists: Redefining the Indonesian Aesthetic at Gajah Gallery, Singapore (2023).

    She was also shortlisted for the Julius Baer Next Generation Art Prize (2020) and The 4th VH Award (2021), presented by Hyundai Motor Group.
